Many companies have now created an app for their business. Sometimes the app mirrors their website but has been specifically designed to function correctly on these types of devices. Other times they offer the access to only certain services, for example some of the bank apps do not allow you to carry out as many task as you can on the full site but make it very quick to transfer money to existing payees.
Creating an app is quite complex and unless you are an experienced programmer this should be left to the professionals, especially if you are displaying or receiving secure information. Having an app allows customers to have quick access to your information and it is shown that sites that also have apps often become favoured over similar companies that don’t, as people have little time to be messing around and want to be able to do want they wanted to without any hassle.
